Self-Leadership & Human Potential

Many leaders and professionals perform well on the outside. They deliver, they coordinate, they hold things together. And at some point they notice they have lost themselves in the process: decisions feel reactive, personal motivation is hard to name, and the sense of being in the right place simply does not come.

Self-leadership does not begin with techniques. It begins with an honest question: what do I genuinely need, what drives me, what is holding me back?

Business Training & Business Coaching

Self-leadership does not begin with techniques.

I work with individuals and teams using two grounded approaches that reinforce each other.

Self Science (developing self-leadership) by Prof. Sandro Formica works with nine pillars of self-knowledge: needs, values, talents, beliefs, emotions, communication, purpose, imagination and personal plan. In organisations, these are often precisely the dimensions that go unexamined, leading to quiet conflicts, disengagement or burnout. The approach makes them visible and translates them into concrete capacity for action.

Development of human potential by Dr. Gerald Hüther reminds us that potential cannot be forced. It unfolds when inner coherence forms between what I think, feel and do. Those who lead themselves as subjects lead others differently too.
